SHIPPING

  •  All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days during standard business hours. 
  • All out of stock items can still be pre-ordered/purchased at anytime through the standard online purchase method. Please allow no more than 7-10 business days to process and ship products out. You will receive confirmation and tracking within 24 hrs of shipment. 
  • Most shipping is through United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Our shipping rate is $6.95 USD for standard shipments. International shipping will populate during check out. Unless specified as free shipping.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package is returned to us due to invalid address, non-payment of customs fees, or refusal of parcel, Smear Beauty Collection is not responsible for re shipping or handling fees.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • International shipping varies and time frames are estimates only. We can not guarantee delivery time however, we will include an estimated time frame in email tracking correspondence. Please check your country customs for fees and more information as we will work diligently to provide prompt service and shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  • Smear products that have been damaged or defective will receive full refund. Shipping expense are not included with refund.
  • Please contact us at info@smearpro.com within 10 days of receiving the products if items are damaged or defective. You must include documentation ie. photo and description of damaged items.
  • All items must be in their original packaging to be considered for refund and returned to P.O. Box 1548 Florissant, MO 63031
  • You will receive a email confirmation once return has been approved and issued.
EXCHANGE POLICY
  • The swatches on our website represent our colors as true as possible. However, the actual color may appear different on certain complexions. In the case you are unsatisfied with the initial color purchased please contact us at info@smearpro.com
  • Once an item has been returned to us for any reason, off to the big cosmetic store in sky it goes. We do not resale cosmetic items.
  • You are able to exchange for a new product after and approved however, a new shipping and product exchange/restock fee will apply.
  • You will receive a credit to your payment card excluding the exchange/restock fee of $7.00
  • You can re-purchase the item preferred before or after the credit has been placed.
  • We strive to retail the best quality of ingredients within our product.  However, we will not be legally liable for any allergic reactions or irritations. In the case, as with all cosmetic products discontinue usage if in fact irritation occurs. 

OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

  • Items that are out of stock will be mailed out as soon as inventory is updated. We cannot estimate the exact time of fulfillment however, all pending orders are automatically a priority.
  • You have the option to request a full refund due to the inconvenience or we may automatically issue a refund if the time frame of fulfilment is unpredictable.
